Getting Started – The Rules in a Nutshell
The game is played with six decks of cards shuffled into the shoe. It follows the standard baccarat rules, meaning that at the start of each round you can bet on whether the Banker or Player position will have a higher value or a Tie. The cards are worth their face values, and any hand worth more than 10 has ten subtracted from the total. It also follows the standard third card rules, meaning that the Player position will receive a card if the hand is worth 0 to 5, and the Banker position receives a third card depending upon the value of the Player’s hand and the Banker’s hand. The cards are all dealt face-up, and the third cards are dealt automatically.

Uncomplicated Gameplay on All Devices
Mini Baccarat has been designed to ensure that it is simple to play, and it is fast-paced. At the start of a round, you need to place your bets on the Tie, Banker, or Player positions. You do this by first selecting your chip value from the bottom right-hand corner (there are chip values of 1, 5, 10, 25 and 100), and placing the chips on the appropriate position. You can bet on multiple positions, and there are a minimum and maximum bet of $1 and $100 for Player and Banker, and a maximum of $10 for Tie. This means that the most you can bet per round is $210. If you are not happy with your bet, then click on ‘Clear All’ to remove the chips.
After placing your bets, click on ‘Deal’ and the cards will be dealt, including any necessary third cards. After the round has played out, you will be paid any winnings that are due. You can then place a new bet or just click on ‘Rebet’, and your previous bet will be placed again. If you click on ‘Rebet’ then there is no need to click on ‘Deal’ again, the game will continue automatically. In the event of a tie, bets placed on the Player and the Banker are returned.
The game has a number of other controls located in the bottom left corner. If you click on ‘?’ it will open up the game’s rules. The speaker icon is used to mute the sounds of the game, while the lightning icon turns on Fast Play. There is also a settings menu from which you can turn on/off sound, voices, and background music. You can also turn on or off a setting to clear the table after each round and to auto-start the game round after Rebet. In the same menu, you can turn on Fast Play, turn a history view on or off, and turn the Bead Road history on or off.
Standard Payouts and RTP
The game offers the standard payouts, meaning a Player bet pays 1:1, a Banker bet pays 1:1 minus a 5% commission (so 0.95:1) and a Tie bet pays 8:1. The RTPs are also standard, 98.94% for a Banker bet, 98.76% for a Player bet and 85.56% for a Tie bet.

Useful Special Features
While the game is not packed with special features, it does have a good and helpful selection. To start with, players have the choice between a Bead Road history view, which shows the results of previous rounds as well as whether there were Player/Banker pairs or Naturals, and a regular history view, which shows the results of the last 12 rounds (including the hand values). Unfortunately, it is not possible to display both at once. The game’s only other special feature is Fast Play, which, as mentioned, significantly speeds up the game.
As all other Play’n GO games, Mini Baccarat is optimized for mobile. If you prefer playing baccarat in a casino app via a mobile device, you will have no issues placing bets, customizing the game, and fully utilizing all its features. All controls are scaled to allow placing bets and accessing the menu so that you can fully enjoy the dynamics characteristic of the mini version. As all other Play’n GO games, Mini Baccarat is optimized for mobile. A Worthwhile Variant of Virtual Baccarat
If you are looking for a baccarat game played with six decks rather than the more standard eight, then this is an excellent choice. While it doesn’t feature side bets, it has a respectable RTP and offers the standard payouts. Those who enjoy statistics will benefit from the choice of the Bead Road and the regular history, while those who are after speedy rounds will enjoy the Fast Play setting. The game isn’t ideal for high rollers as the maximum bets are fairly restricted, but those who do not want to bet huge amounts per hand will certainly have an enjoyable time playing.
