A Playtech and Boyd Interactive Gaming deal has been announced to see the developer’s portfolio of live casino, iCasino and table games made available at the operator’s US-facing Stardust branded online casinos.
Each party has hailed the deal as an important milestone as they seek to expand their presence in the US market. At present, Boyd Interactive Gaming’s Stardust casinos are only available in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. However, these states have the largest number of online casino players and as such, Playtech’s games will gain a large new audience.
Deal Welcomed by Playtech and Boyd
Marcus Yoder, the Playtech USA CCO, said that it is truly exciting that the games will be made available at Stardust online casino:
“The team at Playtech is thrilled to collaborate with the Boyd team and we are confident that the joining of our forces will bring mutual success to both companies.” Yoder added.
Similarly, Boyd Interactive’s CEO Jim Ryan welcomed the news and said that he believes the addition of Playtech games will help Stardust strengthen and improve the brand.
